Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information (where applicable).

Domestic Shipping

We offer standard shipping within The Netherlands. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location. 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-21 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your location. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Kick Off Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
