At Kick Off Vintage, we are committed to ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction throughout your shopping experience. To that end, we adhere to the following return policy rules:

1. Full Disclosure: We take pride in providing a complete and accurate representation of our items for sale. Any flaws or imperfections in the item will be transparently highlighted in the listing.

2. Size Information: The size of each item is clearly specified in both the title and the item description. If an item's fit deviates from the standard (e.g., a Small fits like a Medium), this will also be explicitly mentioned in the description.

3. Unhappy with Your Purchase? If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item you've received, you can follow these steps:

- Notification: Please notify Kick Off Vintage within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Provide Evidence: Share valid evidence explaining your reasons for dissatisfaction with the item.
- Evaluation: Based on your provided information, Kick Off Vintage will carefully evaluate whether you qualify for a partial or full refund.

Important Note: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Avoid washing or using the item before initiating a return.

Return Fees

In most cases, you, the customer, will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage. As of now, we do not provide return labels. Please exercise caution when returning items, as any damage during the return process will be your responsibility. It's advisable to obtain proof of return shipment from your chosen postal service to safeguard your return. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make the return process as straightforward and fair as possible.
